Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If preferred, a return label may be requested for $9.99, which will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached to avoid additional fees.
Size Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, eligible items may be returned for store credit once received and inspected by our team. Store credit can then be used toward placing a new order directly through our website.
Please note that outbound shipping costs for replacement orders are not covered.
As many of our products are sold as coordinated sets, certain exchanges may require all original pieces to be returned together. Individual piece exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Important Notes
Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a Free Shipping promotion was applied to the order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if items are returned.
Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
